You need to change your email password first of all, contact all your email contacts and assure them that you are fine and to ignore any emails that ask for money. Also do a full virus scan on your PC and any other device you use to access your emails.
Highly likely your email account has been hacked. Change your password to something a bit more obscure. Then send a blanket email to all of your contacts 'Not to respond to those emails'
Maybe phone up as many of the people as you can, explaining you are ok.

If you send an email to them they may be a bit wary due to the previous dodgy email.
Which presupposes that all your contacts think the email was dodgy, VHG. They are highly unlikely to think that a "don't reply" email is dodgy, since no fraudster would send one.
