Do you find this heartening and wish that this sort of gesture could be the norm here in this country and other places in the world? I do and would hope that others might follow suit on both sides...or am I being unrealistic in thinking so?

There were 6 EDL protestors and over a 100 Muslim worshippers. I guess they had the upper hand and decided an offer of a cup of tea would be a fantastic publicity stunt. Which it was. I doubt they would have done it had there been L100 EDl and 6 of them.
