it's tough cheese for her - she has entered into a legally binding contract to buy the item she doesn't need so don't send her a revised invoice, just make her pay!
If she refuses to pay for one of them, start a dispute for the whole lot. When you buy things on ebay as bednobs has said, you enter into legally binding contract.
Get her to pay for everything, then get her to post you an invoice and when she returns item issue her a refund. You should be able do do this in MY EBAY page.

Thanks everyone.
Hey, realistically, yes you can ask her to pay for something she doesn't need, a dispute will be raised, she will be banned from ebay and you wont get paid for either item. Alternatively, (this is if you are using paypal only and i would suggest this is the only payment method you use). Request her email address for paypal account, go to paupal, go to create invoice, input the price and in the notes what it is for, who it is from (use your ebay user id) and copy any reference numbers you are given and relist the other item.
