no, sorry, but if it's any help, I took my own passport photo, photoshopped away stray locks of hair etc that didn't conform with the rules, and it was accepted without trouble.

Thanks jno. I went the passport photo booth route in the end: based on the results I'd have serious doubts about anyone letting me in to another country or indeed out of this one.
