Printer won't print any PDF Files

My printer at work is a HP Color Laser Jet CP2025 and everytime I want to print off a PDF file it comes up on the display on the printer with a message saying Print Failure. But proceeds to print a blank page!
Before I call our IT department, does anyone has ideas why it is doing this and how to resolve it?
Thanks

What are you using to view the PDFs?

First thing I'd check is click file print, then click preferences when the print dialogue comes up and make sure the paper size is set to A4 and not letter.
I've had this problem as well. In my case, it was an older version of Adobe reader - not my choice on a work computer! A newer version fixed the problem.

You could ask your IT people to update that, or use a different PDF viewer if they will allow you to; maybe Foxit, as recommended by myself and others on these very pages.
I would agree with using foxit reader instead of Adobe, much faster loading, much smaller and does exactly the same thing.
