I arranged a shipment via a container to another country. The terms and conditions talk about watches and jewellary being part of the exclusions small print).

A watch was included a added by the organisation to the insurance quote without comment. What are my rights if this gets stolen? Are they accepting liability because they chose not to remove it from the insurance list?
