Hi I have intermittent stomach pain and and excessive hunger nothing seems to satisfy me tried porridge bread and jam. I also have an infection in my armpit I have been googling and probably put 2 and 2 together and made 25 but I am thinking it sounds a bit like DKA

medicine is quite a simple profession really, it is just patients that complicate it ;-)

Your arm infection is probably an infected sebaceous cyst and the infection has increased your need for insulin (tablets in your case).

See you GP for antibiotics today.
