Sounds a REAL danger - please report them asap.

balric - i would if it was me who'd been sent a note - if it was that or get caught then yes, some people would sort it out.

they may not of course, but i'm just suggesting, if the person is a mate to at least give them a chance to sort it out, before getting them into trouble.

though the fact that they are clearly dangerous and seemingly lack any consideration would now change my mind though, and id probably just report them.

its one thing not having a license but actually being a good, careful driver, and being a dangerous boy racer ***.

It dosent mean they don't have a driving licence if they drive dangerous!
