Is it possible to unblock a programme which was accidentally blocked without actually disabling the Norton antivirus?

if you mean blocked by norton internet worm protection then yes. go yo options - antivirus - internet worm protection - program control. here ies a list of all programs blocked by norton internet worm protection. if you mean a virus that was accidently blocked then you need to check norton quarantine.

open norton, go to internet security, select firewall, click configure, click programs, find the program, click it choose either allow or auto.
