Many years ago I had a microwave cookery book from St.Michael written by Jenny Webb. There was a recipe for a meat pudding made with suet pastry which you can cook in the microwave.I often made this and it always turned out well.I lent said book to someone and of course it was never returned.! I know this is a long shot ..but does anyone have this book and would be willing to give me the recipe. It was a large paperback format.
Thank you.

Hi BB...hows you?
I used to make this years ago..it was a mince, onion and mushroom filling which was part cooked first...then you made some suet pastry and did exactly the same as if you were going to boil it,line the basin and so on, but it took about 40 mins in the microwave. It had to be timed quite crucially .. but it always came out perfectly.I can't even remember to whom I lent the book now ..or I would ask them to return it.!

Hi woofgang..Thank you for the link.But...It won't let me look at anything in the recipe section for some reason.I can click in all the other links but when I click on meat and poultry I get a server error message.Perhaps it's one of these sites that only works in IE and we run firefox.I will get whizkid on the case when he comes home !!

Hi Shaneystar2.I have just put your M&S cookbook up on google and there is a copy up for sale on e-bay for 4.
