Still see that our anti British, anti Armed Forces, anti Police, anti-Tory, ant-Daily Mail spokesman has worked it all out, he can even see into our anti-Terrorism plans. We all know that Abu Qatada is a very nice chap, and he should be free to get on with his little ways, he isn't any threat to anyone it seems. So remember we must stop believing in the bogeyman,...

Forget that last report. I don't know how his name came to be mentioned. Bad reporting somewhere.

"...No, dress him up as a Cardinal and send him to the Sistine Chapel to join the Paedophilia Church's Conclave..."

DT the RC church can not be blamed for this , and if paedophilia concerns you then I recommend that you take a very close look at some of the characters in Margaret Thatcher's cabinet .
// Let's see if you are saying that Monday Ludwig. //

Why, what's happening on Monday? Is he being released? He'll have to walk home. He's not allowed to travel by car. Good.
Has Argorstran heard of being cynical, I wonder, or are his thoughts like the Conclave-to-be's smoke, i.e. all is black and white?
There has never been a suggestion that Qatada will be deported after Monday's hearing.
''The court on Monday are not going to be making a decision about Abu Qatada. They're going to be making a decision about the likelihood of him getting a fair trial in Jordan.''
Home Secretary Theresa May will challenge the decision in front of three Court of Appeal judges led by Lord Dyson, the Master of the Rolls.
^ Apparently Lord Dyson's the most powerful judge because he's fitted with twin cyclones.

Fingers crossed, he'll be on his way:

Today's hearing might be pointless . . .

If the home secretary wins today's appeal, it would allow her to restart the deportation. But it is highly likely there will be MORE appeals to the Supreme Court or even the European Court of Human Rights.
The judge has just announced that a result from today's appeal will be made, possibly before Easter. So Qatty is ok for at least another couple of weeks.
