Unconditional love from day one and boy have I tested her on that quite a few times,we have had our disagreements like most mother's and children but she is my rock.
My mum makes a lovely lamb curry.
Miss my Mum and my MiL .
Both strong women who went through hardships during their lives that I could probably never have coped with .Loved them both to bits .
My Mum got a bit cantankerous in her old age but I suppose when you live to 92 that's allowed :)

She was a real mum. Super cook, seamstress, embroiderer, knitter, homemaker. Widely read. Had worked as a nurse and in a factory during WW2. Waited 5 years for my dad to come home from the western desert. Had to go choose her own engagement ring, he sent her a Postal Order. I wear it as I type.
Did not deserve to develop M.S. and die before her granchildren grew up.
Vera Adelaide, still miss you.
My Mum was wonderful, I really do miss her. I miss my MIL as well, she was a lovely lady.
I'm with Daffy on this one. My mum died a couple of years ago but as I had not seen her for about 20yrs I do not miss her. On the other hand I miss my mother-in-law daily. She was my 'mum' from the age of 14 when I met Mr BD. Lovely lady.

I would put my Mum's apple pie up against any Michelin chef anywhere. I drew the ace. Miss you, Mum x
We argue and have our differences but I wouldn't change her for the world. Going round there later for lunch.
she was third time lucky ;o)
i wish she was here to see her fabulous grandchildren. she never gossiped about anyone :)
I miss my Mum.
I treasure my mum who was always there for me, no matter how awful I had been to her, taking her for granted. Somehow I assumed she would be here forever, but she passed away last Sunday and I miss her so much. Free of pain and worry now, Ma. You will always be in my heart.
So sorry to hear of your very recent loss, answermethat. Not a good day for you. Also thinking of my nephews as it's their first Mothers Day without theirs. ;(
