Shameless - Last Night's T.v.

For years now friends and people have been saying to me 'you don't watch shameless? what? it's brilliant. you've got to watch it.'

So last night i did. the first episode of the new series.

What a load of sh7te. the acting makes the cast of hollyoaks look like the RSC. The script was like an adult version of grange hill. if it wasn't for the language it would be on cbeebies.

What's to like about it?

it gets kinda compulsive viewing

I quite liked the opening soliloquy if it be that,
as it seemed so true to the Dossers around me

I watched until about series 5, the earlier ones were very good. It started to get silly (I thought) so not even going to record it now.

As masma: earlier series were compulsive viewing. Haven't bothered with more recent ones though.

I agree with the above. The earlier series were hilarious. I couldn't wait for the next episode.

I didn't bother watching it last night, nor the previous series.

I never watched a single one. The adverts for it always made me think 'mental note to self : avoid this at all costs', so I did.

Earlier series were better, but I think they have run out of storylines, apparently this will be the last series they are gonna make.

gosh i can't watch it, it makes me so angry...
