Re-Tune The Freeview Box Every Morning

Every Morning I can only get BBC1, BBC2 and BBC News unless I retune the set top box I do not unplug it at night This has happened since we went digital in the area . For two months about three months ago everything went well and I didn't have to re-tune. But now it is back Most Annoying Any Ideas ?

Signal strengths vary throughout the day. Your post reads as if the signal strength isn't consistently good enough for the box to stay 'locked on' to a signal. Try a signal booster (for around a tenner in most big supermarkets).
