My restored 2cv is 22 years old. Is it a more sensible option than a new car? Some plusses: Cheap car tax, low insurance, good supply of spares from specialists, minimalist so very little to go wrong, easy to open canvas roof, a starting handle (!), very reliable if well maintained. I know there are downsides which I'm sure you will tell me about!
