You have to look at the sugar content and work out how much of each food you can eat . It is the total amount of sugar you eat that counts. You can't just assume that a product that says 'low sugar' can be eaten in large amounts. You need to actually weigh out portions of food to be sure you are staying within your daily limits of sugar.
Not sure what you mean by '' trying to stick to under 10g'' do you mean 10g of total sugar ? or a food that has 10g sugar per 100g ? 10g /100 is 10% sugar so that would not be 'low sugar' it would be high sugar . I would consider 'low sugar' to be 2 or 3% at most.
gordie.....please.....don't get bogged down with how much sugar is in "so and so" and how much sugar you should have a day.

You know what contains sugar......the amount is not that important.

Eat less, small portions and carry on what you are doing that has brought your blood sugar down to 6.
