England are biting at the heels of Australia and New Zealand in the world rankings ... especially after beating Australia 3-0 in the recent Test series (did I mention that? lol)

The Silver Ferns are worried.

It's not spending our way to the top.

It's investing in the game at grass roots level.

No, JJ, that's the explanation when every other country does it, when the UK does it, it's called spending their way to the top! Surely you now that the UK is always in the wrong for many people. Love to see the Ferns trembling.

We are up against it with NZ and Australia.

In NZ, the Silver Ferns are national superstars.

And in Australia, netball is the biggest national participation sport for women, so the Diamonds have a huge active pool to draw from.
