I'm a morning person too FriedGT, Just get up and at it when the alarm goes off, quite often before the alarm, if my painkillers have worn off and I'm awake. Can't see the point of going back to bed once i'm up.
Mr Sparkles would stay there all day if he could.
When he's on mornings I get up at half 5 and do his breakfast, he crawls out of bed when breakfast is ready, after I've called him a few times!!

It's a very slow process on my days off. I sit and stare at the pc while I give some thought to getting moving. It's usually at least an hour+ before I think of taking the dog out...and coffee doesn't happen until after I've walked her.
On workdays I'm up at 5.30-put some slap on,pack uniform and lunch,dress and take dog out,feed her-then out just under an hour later.....but not necessarily awake. ;-)
