What have you done that you are most proud of?

I've worked hard to get all sorts of qualifications, progress within my field and of course I'm proud of my home and family.

The one thing that gave me greatest satisfaction ever was learning to tie my shoe laces. I know I didn't find it easy but nothing has surpassed that feeling when I finally got it right.

It was meant in a fishily fond way Mrs O.

I too gave blood to both the Army and the National Transfusion service. I'm not a great bleeder and having Army dentists trying to extract blood from my veins resulted in them going into hibernation and I can rarely donate now as I'm too slow a bleeder.....that and I visit really weird countries on the banned list for doners.
Nothing really special, there are lots of guys and gals out there doing the same, plus I've had a pint or two back over the years, still it is nice to think I've put a bit back into the system.
It's ok eccles, your name is only in pencil. The time to worry is if it is in red pen and underlined
I got to one below my silver award before I got banned Paddy which is a shame because I'm O neg, so useful for everything.
I have a lot of respect for your commitment to giving blood.
I'm B positive. I didn't know that until I first gave blood.
