im no expert but i would say that cornflakes are actually better than crunchy nut cornflakes so i would say yes you could eat them but dont quote me!
I would have thought the specified cereals, because they are high nin fibre, and less likely to add to your weight, but I'm no expert.

It's a diet promoting Kellogs products.

Skip the brand names and eat porridge for breakfast and a vegetable soup (preferably home-made, without the additives) with granary bread for lunch [or in the evening and have you main meal at 12/1:00pm so you have fewer undigested/unused calories when you go to bed.]

If you stick to the Kellogs version of course you'll lose weight but you'll also (probably) be hungry and tetchy for most of the day. Do you really think your family/friends/colleagues deserve that?

when the kelloggs challenge originally came out it was ANY Kelloggs cereal including the kids ones.....guess that didn't work!

I love plain cornflakes with milk and no sugar, but the sure aren't satifying for breakfast and i couldn't imagine lasting for a whole day on just two bowls without fainting
