Is it still possible to drag & drop files from "My Music" to the updated iTunes library. If not can anyone suggest a tutorial covering the subject. Thanks in anticipation.

I don't understand your question. Everything added to iTunes automatically goes to the iTunes Library. When you say My Music, is that a playlist you have created?

Anyhow, i don't think there has been any liss of functionality in the new iTunes, so if you could do it before, you can probably do it now.
