surely there would no longer be a story then?

My thoughts exactly.
I wouldn't see the point of the programme without Brody - I think that the series should finish at the end of series two.
Question Author
I agree. This second series seems to be floundering a bit - I get the impression it doesn't know where it's going.
The main dramatic focus of it was the 'is he or isn't he a terrorist' question. Now that's been answered it does seem to be a bit aimless.
Question Author
I must say I'm losing interest.
he was supposed to have signed up for another 5 years or so i read.
Well if they dont get rid of Brodie the series will just end up like Lost
As for it ending if he goes - hes not the only terrorist out there you know

Someone on here said that, em.
it was in the paper, it might even have been longer. I did watch a bit of it, but in truth it wasn't my cup of tea. I lose the will to live when these series go on and on, like Lost, Heroes.
I'd have to agree, I enjoyed the first series very much, this one is OK but I can't see me watching a third, with or without Brody.
They've commissioned a third series, I don't see where it can go without Brody, unless they find another terrorist storyline with a new lead character keeping all the CIA lot the same. This series is annoying me, I really don't believe the authorities would have Carrie working with them.

Got to say, Jack Bauer and the CTU it ain't! Chloe would sort them out!!
