I am going to buy a new TV after Christmas. I want a 32" set with Full HD.
I am not bothered about internet connection or anything like that but it must have a Freeview HD tuner.
Can anyone recommend a good (preferably cheap) model?
Many thanks

Rush to Comet, JVC 32" £200 in sale, Freeview included.
One of the best 32" sets with Freeview HD Tuner tested by Which? this month is their LG32LS570T set.

It's not the cheapest around though, at £390.00, but it has good ratings for its SD picture, HD picture and sound quality along with ease of use.

LG sets seems to have improved greatly over the last couple of years.
Good spot sir.prize - I like the Samsungs & that one does have an HD tuner, despite not advertising the fact in its spec.
sunny-dave - Superb television; bought it last month.
. . . .and £150 less that Recommended price
Argos were doing a Samsung one for £250.

you mean you want hd receiver in your tv to watch hd progs
not just full hd ready?
make sure you ask for hd freeview installed not just freeview
the jvc mentioned seems not to have hd freeview ,just the standard freeview

Thanks for all the answers. I called in at my local Currys, but they had sold out of suitable TV's.
I like the look of the Samsung, and as I shall have about £150 of Argos vouchers, I think I shall go there for it, although I know I could get it cheaper elsewhere.
