I receive broadband, TV and telephone services from Virgin Media via cable in our road. I am now dissatisfied with their service and the cost. Has anyone switched from Virgin Cable to say, BT, and if so, what happens ? Do Virgin come into the house and remove all their inside cabling as well as the set top box ?

They'll leave the cabling in place but want the box returned (they'll arrange to have it collected)
My son is at uni, and the previous people had Virgin.

There is cabling everywhere, and an old abandoned box.
They never remove the cables as they hope you may return to Virgin so it saves having to put all the cabling back in.
