Our bathroom window has a strange patch of what looks like condensation, the glass is 20in x 20ins ,the patch is 9ins x 6ins .no mater how many times I wipe it the patch returns.This has been happening for the past 6 months ,
The window has a separate opening at the top and is made of aluminum.

Any ideas please .

Usually a failed double glazing unit mo. Air has got into the glass cavity

If it can be wiped then it must be on the outside of the glass. It is probably where a sticky label was on the glass put on at time of manufacture of window. We had similar problems with some of our windows.
