is there a way of googling for images that aren't subject to copyright? or a website where you can take the images and use them publicly? I need a nice picture of a flower, or something innocuous

i am making a photo calendat for my sister. I want to put my son and daughters birthdays on there, but son't want to put their actual pictures - i need a picture ideally of sweet williams and heather

If you're making a one off calender that will only be seen in your sister's house I wouldn't overly worry about image copyright...
