I struggle with my anger which seems to be getting worse and need help, not so bad that i'm a danger to myself or the public but appear to be heading that way and obviously don't want it to.

Could anyone recommend a good one that's useful and that works, or a website, youtube video or anything that can help me?

Visit your GP first, they may put you in touch with a therapist or steer you in the direction of effective self help.
It could save you loads of time, effort, frustration and money if you can bypass quack remedies.
Good luck.
Most people get angry at something or other. is it anger in general, or is your anger usually aimed at something or someone in particular? Can you see any sort of pattern to it?

The fact that you recognise you struggle with your anger suggests that you are really in control of it, I wouldn't worry.
....if you do come across a good book on the subject I would suggest a paperback edition.

Ah....just noticed this is a first time post after midnight...I'm angry at myself for not seeing it right away.
