Suspended Facebook account

My cousin's son's FB account was suspended. He cannot log in any more, nor is he able to sign up for a new FB account. How does one contact the FB guys to ask them to solve this? We've tried the "help" link, but we're getting nowhere with FB :-(
Does anyone on AB have any suggestions?

Why was he suspended? If he broke the rules he won't be able to sign up for another account.

Has he tried to change his name lots of times recently (seems to be a habit of young people for some reason)?

I think my niece got suspended for a while for doing that.
