Hiya can someone give me some ideas on what webcam to buy? My brother has just moved to scotland and I need a webcam so I can speak to my 2 yr old niece but I only have �20 so hopefully someone here can point me in the direction of the one that is the best quality ;-) although I'm not fussed if it's cheaper lol sort of on a tight budget at the min with fathers days n birthday ect!
