how to use Peugeot 307 trip computer with new stereo

Hi, have recently purchased a new car stereo it's a Sony mex-bt3900u mainly so I can use my iPod in car. However the trip computer on the car (Peugeot 307) has gone back to factory settings so foreign language, clock not set etc. Does anyone know how I can use the trip computer as the menu button in order to change settings on the old pug stereo is obviously not on the new Sony stereo. Tia.

There are two buttons if I remember our own car, Push in the Left button as you are looking at it, then with the right button keep depressing until the Language come up then release you right hand button, same for the Time / date etc.

There may be access buttons on the end of either the wiper or indicator stalks.
It may also be that the missing functions will only return when the original radio is present though.

Thanks both. It seems only access at the moment is via indicator stalks but can only reset mileage to zero. Don't know how or if can access clock, change km to m.
