My friend has bi-polar, and is looking at taking a gap year type trip - for around 6 months - so far she has been rejected by all the major travel insurance companies - can anyone recommend anyone who will cover this ?
Thanks

not the co-op from personal family experience a young lady dismissed it and we had 18 months of legal arguments over a 13 grand bill when the person went into an episode and had to be treat in turkey.

oh and their way of treating episodes is 40 years behind ours IMO.

Is your friend making a rational decision in making this trip? Bipolar people can do strange things for even stranger reasons.

Thanks Wolf for your concern - but yes, I think she is making the right decision - she has been mulling it over for several months so it's not a spur of the moment thing.
