...well i should be!

since ive been living alone ive noticed ive just stopped getting hungry. I dont have a freezer which doesnt help - and i know i cant cook so i always think "im not even gonna bother trying!" i dont drive, so if im up all night and have nothing in - nothing i can do about it. (i went mostly 12hr night shifts)

thing is before i moved i would get hungry, and my stomach would hurt and blah blah, but its almost as if ive become so used to not eating... or rather not "bothering" to eat that my brain has just taught itself to completley ignore any messages my stomach "should" be sending me...

is something actually "wrong" or is this all psychological...?

I would say you've just got used to it.
Are you anorexic ?
If you have cut down on food your stomach will have shrunk and not require as much food.
Oh, I presume you do actually eat.

lol yeah i do actually eat - but its either something really pathetic like a pasty or a *** co-op sarny

either that or ill eat when its actually too late - as in when my hands start shaking... but i never "feel" like crap which is why its confusing. i feel like i should be feeling ill but i feel fine! i can go out walking working whatever and its no big deal

thinkin about it that way maybe im just used to it :S

... sandwich that was supposed to say!
I'm similar. I don't often feel hunger. I tend to eat 'because it's time to'. I can cook though. Maybe you should learn how to cook. It's easy and quite enjoyable.
And I have others to cook for so if I do skip meals I'll always have an evening one.
If I were eating small amounts, I'd make sure it was decent food. You're probably going to have problems in the future if all you do eat is poor quality.
I don't have breakfast so I'm hungry at lunchtime and as I don't snack I'm hungry at dinner time! I do tend to snack at night though.
I can go days without eating if I've got things on my mind.... but they are rare!
I'm trying to diet so I don't have that problem. If the food is in the house available, I would eat it, especially cakes, chocolate and anything else you can think of which is not good for you (except crisps and icecream). It seems we all have food problems one way or another.
Also, watch what you drink. I could feel a bit peckish then have a coffee, which kills it dead.
I don't eat much most days (and then it might be cheese on toast at about 9 at night). However, every week/ten days or so, I will have a big meal of something that is one of my favourites.
Buy some bananas, Danny.
