Why not get the ISA first and then buy the sharesto go in it. These guys might be able to help:
http://www.hl.co.uk/investment-services/isa
After JPJshare.com ceased trading I needed a home for an ISA full of "buy and hold" stocks. After research I chose Hargreaves Lansdown.
To transfer shares to an ISA you have to sell them and rebuy them in the ISA. So open an ISA then buy the shares. I use iwebsharedealing.co.uk
Again there are loads of ready made isa packages and self select packages out there, these can range on investors experience. From standard low risk returns to high end returns with a little more risk involved. I've personally used this guys for investing http://www.share.com/a/isa.html, the customer support is really good and setting up is pretty straight forward.
