Facebook postings being sent to my email address.

Good Morning all! Please can someone advise me how I can stop Facebook from sending every single posting from people on my friends list to my email account. This is driving me potty! I can get 50 + emails every day, reporting every single thing people have posted. I have looked into FB account settings and have made sure none of the email notification boxes are ticked, but still it all comes through. Any help would be much appreciated. Ta.

You can go into your account and stop it happening. I did it so it can't be difficult. I forget how I did it - sorry.
