excuse spelling - but someone please help with this pain!! had gallstones a couple of years ago, and had biliary colic associated with gallstone attacks. I've had gallbladder removed but now I still get occasional agonising bouts of biliary colic - the type where you have to get in a boiling hot bath to ease the pain, but the pain is so bad you feel faint, so can't really go getting in the bath. having attack now - all i've eaten today is fruit (which did used to start gallstone attacks but which i eat a lot of normally), and a pasta bake (made with completely no fat or anything as i'm following slimming world diet at the moment). what can be causing it??? please help.....

This may be nothing to do with your gall bladder problems and subsequent treatment.

This may be due to post cholecystectomy syndrome which is present in between 5-15% of patients who have has gall bladder removal.
Google "post cholecystectomy syndrome."

I would make a routine appointment to see your GP as it is unlikely to be diet related.
