How do I convert a multi-page scanned .tif document to a .jpg document?

I've seen suggestions for opening the file with Paint and saving it as a .jpg that way but it only seems to be for single page documents.

As far as I am aware MS Paint does not support multiple page TIF files (it only displays the first page).

You need a viewer that can display all of the embedded pages, such as IrfanView, thus enabling you to select each page and Save As... a JPG.
