To all that were interested in my previous posts, Harry the black labrador has now come to live with us. For a 10 year old he is very lively and it is only the grey on his muzzle that gives it away. He has been an absolute dream settled in really well. His handler is going to keep in touch. Had so missed having a dog since we lost our 16 year old lurcher in Feb.

Have lots of happy times with him Sara. Lucky dog finding you.
Fantastic, you won't regret a minute of it and I'm sure Harry won't either. Have a wonderful time together. Well done you.
Lucky dog !
I hope that he has a long and happy life with you. My Lab/GSD was very energetic up until shortly before he died at 14 years. Labradors seem to be the eternal puppy.
