Hi I have looked into transfer for my friend and I from Malage to Marbella - return works out are £15 per person each way. Is there a reliable bus service cheaper than this from the airport would anyone know? thanks

There is a bus service, but it'll take you quite a while - Marbella is a good few miles along the coast from Malaga. What you have been quoted is really good, I'd go for it - we were charged 20 euros to Benalmadena a couple of years ago, one way.
Here's the bus information - the Portillo buses are reliable IMO (but I don't know how you'd manage with luggage) http://www.gomarbella...rain-destinations.htm
Its 52km each way , thats a good price youve been quoted
the bus takes 45mn each way, and costs EUR8.30 each way.

so your transfer sounds like a good deal.
When I flew to Malaga we ended up getting a taxi to the coach station as a) it was too hot b) the transfer buses from the airport were all totally full so we'd have queued for ages and c) we were sick of lugging our luggage by that time. I'd go for the return you've been quoted, as long as it's from the airport so you don't have to get anywhere in Malaga first.
