Im interested in becoming a property developer. would 5 - 10k be enough to start off? I live in the south Wales, valleys and would be looking at buying a cheap 30 - 35k property to do up. i would do most of the work myself. Im currently in a low paid job p earning around 11k per annum, also if i did the property up to rent out would the banks then lend me money to purchase another property on the basis i already had 1 to my name with the mortgage covered by tenants?
