Is anybody having trouble with the "JPS MAKE YOUR OWN CIGARETTES"
The machine doesnt always fill the tobacco right up to the filter.

I've not come across this device - OH just makes roll-ups, what's the difference?

If your tobacco is too moist it will clump, I let mine dry quite a bit and if still not full use a stick to tamp it down.
