Bezique

Does anybody remember this alcoholic drink? I had it about 15 years ago, and loved it, but have never seen it since. Please can somebody tell me if it's still available and where I can get it from. Google just brings up a load of pages about the game.

Oh I remember it - I don't think it is still available, if it is I haven't seen it for 15-20 years!!

If I remember rightly it was a clear, Martini type drink, best served with lemonade.

All I know about this drink is that it was used at school in an educational video as evidence of a 'failed marketing campaign (!)'

The drink 'Bezique' was the epitome of 80's clublife. It had a neon type label and I believe the bottle was brown. May have been made by Bacardi.

I really remember bezique. I met my husband on a launch party for the drink, that was twenty five years ago in May just gone,In a nightclub in Watford that's now a strip bar. We both won bottles of the stuff but I never even tried it, I was a strictly Pernod and black girl in those days. I passed my bottle on to my future husband, so romantic! He and his mates downed it later that day but all said never again. The drink was almost fluorescent green, and apparently according to husband tasted limey! Those were the days.!
