Good morning everybody, dull and wet here again. On Saturday some of us went up to Bridlington for a days sea fishing and the weather was glorious hot and sunny just like summer should be now its back to normal.

Morning all who have gone before!
Not a bad day in the Lakes. I'm catching the bus to Thirlmere to run 6 miles round the back of the lake. It is on the road, but very little traffic. Then will catch bus back home AND r-e-l-a-x!!!

drizzly day here in Edinburgh..going into town to visit portrait gallery..newly refurbished and opened..then lunch at the Dome !!meeting mum and sis who is visiting from Singapore..so will not be around for a few hours....hope you are all good..and if you have time..take a look in and check on poor smowbell...she needs a few words of comfort at the moment !!
