This is Rockfordill back to challenge you after a 2-year hiatus.

Thanks to Gen 2 I have been re-elevated to regal status as King John II so I have progressed from a rather unfortunate character with villeins and serfs in my first term as MM setter to some far off future Windsorian perhaps. Apologies to Roslyn I seem to be following in your hallowed footsteps again, also a special hello to Mr & Mrs Ontice who live just a few hours north of my US hometown of Rockford, Illinois (thus my name!).

Those who were MM players two years ago will remember my bio details. Son of a New Zealand artist, born in London, educated at Marylebone Grammar, took articles in the mid fifties. Somehow managed to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, practised in South Africa for about a year and then gave it all up to marry an American girl, moved to Illinois and ran a manufacturing business for 25 years. Greatly enjoyed my time in the US, became a citizen, took up water skiing, snow skiing and skydiving - had a major chute malfunction in the latter so decided to retire from that! Retired back to the Surrey hills and am now involved in village life, cycling and canal restoration. Joined the Wey & Arun Canal Trust about 10 years ago and am helping to restore and reopen London's lost route to the sea. My main job is to serve as a crewman on the charter trips we run on the opened sections to raise money. Canal life is fairly idyllic on a balmy summer's day troube is that this year they are not all balmy!
