when I had a wee smoke when my friends came around for a drink (4 cigarettes over 2 nights), I haven't smoked since last Saturday night. I can honestly say I am not missing it at all! I didn't even want or enjoy the ones I had on the weekend so was very annoyed at myself for being a sap on not wanting to be left out. However, I'm proud to say that I didn't just give in, thinking my quit had failed and start up smoking "full time" again - I'm back on track and feeling proud......
