Rar file

Ive got a file with the extension .rar Ive tried opening it with the usually software (Winrar, Winzip etc etc) but all of them are saying invalid archive. Is there some other software I can try or is the file damaged or something?

Il try that again, hit enter by mistake, i think an rar file is similar ot a Zip file, if you've got google just type rsr in the search it will point you in the right direction.

Iv got bad typing toda, type rar in google not rsr as above thats another one of my many typing errors.

rar is a winRAR file as zip is a winZIP file.


if winrar wont open it then it probably is corrupt

Sounds like the rar file that you have is gubbed. Try to get another copy of it.
