Because the LaserJet 4 was never aimed at home users, no Windows 98 driver was made available. However there's a very good chance that the NT 4.0 driver will work. (if not, try the Windows 2000 driver):

or try the HP Laserjet 4 Plus drivers (which are already in Win98)
Use the Add Printer Wizard and try them.
the official hp site is the first place i will go to look for hp drivers i need. if no work there, i would try some automatic software to download and install the drivers for me correctly in mintues. i once used driver detective, kind of decent http://www.hp-driver.net/
