Yes.
Absolutely crap picture quality - someone, somewhere wants shooting.

My guess is that they've lost the HD feed and are upscaling a fairly ropy SD backup signal.
the HD channel has been ok on Virgin
Not too bad tonight "Toffee", sorry "Sipowicz" but have had some bad pictures when watching on our second TV last friendly. Just using old freeview box, no HD or satellite TV - indoor aerial terrestrial aerial. Mind you our TV is still an "old" cathode ray tube, none of this LCD or Plasma until our CRT gives up the ghost Flat screen CRT Still Give Best Picture. DID NOICE SOME STOPS AND RETURN TO PLAY. No regular break-ups. NOTE:
most bad break-ups are caused by transmitter, obstacles in the way, and weather - ours doesn't like windy/rainy/very hot weather (lol)!
England were just agony to watch anyway - can't play international football.
No but watching the French Tennis Open is a waste of time because you cannot see ther ball.
I avoid BBC HD because sometimes it goes out of sync. very annoying.
French Open is fine for me. I did not watch the football. Was it raining at the time?

I've changed the resolution on my PVR from 1080p to 1080i, seems to have cured the problem! Can now look forward to a great summer of sport.
Hope this helps others with the same problem.
