Can't access certain websites

My computer has suddenly started refusing to let me get into certain sites that I access regularly - specifically the Daily Telegraph site and another paper I look at, the first regularly and the second intermittently. I can however still get onto the Telegraph Puzzles site, to which I subscribe. This problem has only happened today and appears unique to my computer. I can access all other sites I have tried, like this one. The only thing I have done today that might have any effect is to install Malwarebytes Anti-malware trial version and rrun a scan once. This found four threats in the Registry Data, two to Microsoft Windows and two to Microsoft Security Centre. Otherwise I can think of no reason why I have a problem. Can anyone suggest a solution? I want to read the UK news!
