US Visa Application - need advice

I have travelled to the US a few times and ticked no on the VW form to questions about criminal record etc when I have a DUI and Deception against me which happened about 9 years ago,(fined, banned and community service).
I have never had a problem getting into the US and understand that the US have extremely limited access to the UK Criminal Records.
I now may need to travel to US for work reasons and may have to apply for a visa. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Previously ticked the no box. on the Visa Waiver Form and then subsequently applied for a US Visitor or Business Visa
