Is there another country where workshy lowlives can get 50k benefits? Surely the system is flawed if this is possible. How can we stop this abuse of the system?

Some benefits should be time limited as they are in other countries.
It is rediculous but you wont be able to stop it as all the left leaning right-on liberals, many on this site for example, will bleat about the poor things 'ooman rights.
The answer of course is to not pay money. Food parcels from Lidel, rent paid direct to Landlord with regular inspections to the address, fuel cardss included in the food parcel. If the recipient feels that they are being shown up; godd. Perhpas they will get of their backsides and take a job like the zillions of foreigners who comew here manage to do.

Looks like that's just in your fevered and paranoid imagination youngmafbog.

As for Stephanie Fennessy-Sharp; well having 10 kids is bad enough in itself.
Expecting the rest of us to pay for them is outrageous.

Introduce the French & German models of benefits - ANY immigrant irrespective of nationality is not elligble for any state benfits for a period of 5 years fi they're not in employment - end of the mass immigration to the UK
Nibble, which is what i said earlier on another similar thread. 5 Years working otherwise no benefits, and that should apply to all. There have to be discretionary exceptions, list won't be long, but many people now seem to think it's there right not to work yet get financial assistance.
The only exemption should be "have been in full time employment for at least 365 days in the last 2 years, within the EU/EEA", as per the German rules for state benefits. IMO
whilst we are there, stop the following, that if a person is coming into the country to work, they have a job to come to, and they don't bring their entire clan with them. Because one of the biggest problems over recent years has been that whilst many migrants come here to work, they get a job, but that is just one, but then the family all follow on. Who may not work, have lots of children, grandparents too, so we are stuck with one worker contributing, but the rest of the clan able to take far more out of the system than is being contributed.
Said in the paper today that even illegal immigrants are entitled to benefits and their case will be enforced by the human rights org. They are also able to go to A&E.
D9F1, If you look across the Chanel from Callie, there is a Bill Board on the white cliffs of Dover with the sign in Black, COME, COME, we will give you money, we will give you cars, we will give you a house for your 10 or more Arabs, we welcome rapists, robbers, thieves, you have no need to speak the language as we will fill in all the forms, after all, "THIS IS THE UK" Kiss my @rse.
